Fueled by Celsius, creativity, and the occasional ADHD-inspired burst of inspiration, Katie is always asking, "How can we make this even better?" Much to Joe's amusement, she is constantly dreaming up new ideas to make The Vine more welcoming, memorable, and uniquely personal for every couple. Whether she's brainstorming the next improvement, helping design a reception layout, or answering late-night planning questions, her goal is simple: to create a place where couples feel supported from the very beginning.

Watching couples tour the venue and catch themselves imagining the day. When they instinctively hold hands, pretend to walk down the aisle, or start talking about where everything will go.... that's when it all starts to feel real, and it never gets old.

When Katie starts a sentence with, "Okay...hear me out...," Joe already knows another project is on the way. Whether he's building, fixing, wiring, hauling, mowing, or finding a solution nobody else thought of, he's the one who quietly turns big ideas into reality. But ask Joe what he loves most about The Vine, and it isn't the projects, it's the people. He's the kind of person who can strike up a conversation with anyone, and chances are, by the end of it, they'll feel like they've known him for years. Whether he's helping with setup, checking in on guests, or swapping stories over a drink, his goal is simple: to make everyone who walks through our doors feel like they belong.
