How Bar Service Works

Bar service at The Vine can be customized based on your event needs. We offer in-house bar service and work with you to determine the best setup for your wedding or event. Final selections and details are confirmed closer to your date.

Cash Bar

Guests purchase drinks individually at standard bar pricing.

Hosted Bar (Flexible Options)

Hosts cover beverages for their guests, with the option to customize what's offered - from a curated selection of beer and wine to signature drinks or a full bar. We'll help you choose a set up that fits your celebration and guest list.

Drink Tickets

A set number of drink tickets are provided for guests, with the option to switch to a cash bar after.

Non-Alcoholic & Alternative Options

Non-alcoholic weddings and events are always welcome at The Vine. We’re happy to offer creative non-alcoholic options, mocktails, or beverage stations tailored to your preferences.

A Few Things To Know

Can we bring in our own alcohol or bartender?
To keep things simple and ensure a smooth experience for everyone, all bar service at The Vine is provided in-house. Outside alcohol and outside bartenders are not permitted.

When do we need to decide on bar details?
Bar selections and final details are confirmed closer to your event date, giving you plenty of time to plan without feeling rushed.

Are non-alcoholic events allowed?
Absolutely. Non-alcoholic weddings and events are always welcome, and we’re happy to help create beverage options that fit your vision.
