Each month, we'll deliver a unique crafting or hobby experience right to your door. It's the perfect way to unwind and make something beautiful while you enjoy a delicious treat.

Monthly Subscription Cutoff
To receive the current month's box, you must subscribe by the 15th of the month. Any subscriptions placed after this date will begin with the following month's box.

Sip & Savor At Home: Order Policies
Subscription & Billing
Our subscription box is a recurring monthly service. Your initial payment will be processed upon checkout. Subsequent payments will be automatically charged to your card on the same day each month (for monthly subscribers) or at the start of your new subscription period (for multi-month subscribers).
Shipping & Delivery
Boxes are shipped out by the end of each month. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your box is on its way. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered.
For our local customers, we offer an option to pick up your box at our location on the third or forth Wednesday of each month from 3-7 pm to avoid shipping costs.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next box, you must cancel at least 5 days before your next scheduled billing date. For multi-month subscriptions, your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current subscription period, and no refunds will be issued for remaining months.
Returns & Refunds
All sales for our subscription boxes are final and non-refundable. However, if any items in your box arrive damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with a photo of the damaged item, and we will do our best to assist you.
